Time difference is a barrier we can overcome together! You will have an orientation call & regular team catch-ups for an immersive and interactive experience.
We have both part-time & full-time work options.
This enables you to continue with your part-time job or academic courses!
Work at your own time during the week; between 2 to 8 hours of work per day (4 hours recommended).

STIPEND
Some of our placements are offering a stipend! These are small organizations and what they offer is a Indian standard stipend amount – this is not in line with the average stipend that one would receive in a developed country, but we would encourage you to embrace the gesture ☺ Stipend, if any, is offered in Step 2 (Interview).
Not all of our listed organizations are in a position to offer a stipend, but that will not affect the experience you will gain!
There is no application fee.
Fees are only payable once you have received a suitable placement!

VIRTUAL PLACEMENTS
Rural and urban India are often referred to as 18th and 21st century India and the reality is that there are some significant disparities that exist between the two.
The Learning Space Foundation is a Public Charitable Trust that works for bettering quality of education in rural areas of Maharashtra, by developing good models of age-appropriate education and by supporting rural schools in remotely located areas with adequate educational infrastructure & facilities, as well as set up support systems for the very underprivileged rural youth to acquire undergraduate & postgraduate level education in India and overseas.

Upcycler's Lab is a social startup in India that is focused on creating environmental awareness and behaviour change through play based learning tools. We lay special focus on creating board games, puzzles and books on topics such as waste segregation and ocean conservation for children between ages 2 and 9.
