Premaa comes from the two words of love and mother, which we interpret as the love of mothers for their babies and also the love for motherhood. Women are so strong as they create life while also sustaining it.

Dr. Esha Chainani, the Founder, is an OBGYN (obstetrician and gynaecologist) resident from India working at a tertiary care hospital in Mumbai. During her time as an OBGY resident, Dr. Esha saw a stark gap of information between patients and doctors. There were far too many patients for doctors to counsel about the problems they may be facing in their pregnancies and this is what inspired her to start Premaa!
